Volunteer Opportunities

Family Service, and the clients we serve, benefit greatly from the generous assistance of community volunteers. The following is a list of many of the volunteer opportunities at Family Service; please call us for more information or to volunteer!

Meals on Wheels: Deliver meals to seniors. Meals are delivered Monday – Friday from approximately 10:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. Volunteers can choose to help out daily, weekly or even once a month. Requires use of volunteer’s car; mileage reimbursement and supplemental insurance provided by Family Service. For more information, call 352-5100.

Corporate Partners: Businesses and service groups adopt a Meals on Wheels route and provide volunteers to deliver it at least once a month.  Partners report it's a great way to give back to the community and build unity in your group at the same time.
