Family Service Donation Refund Policy

Thank you for your contribution in support of our mission. Please call our development director at 217-352-0099 if there’s been a problem making your gift or if you need a refund. She will issue a refund using your method of payment. If you made your donation by credit card, your refund will be credited to the same credit card.

Changing or Cancelling automated recurring donations to Family Service

We appreciate your ongoing support that keeps our mission strong and supports services for people locally. We value you and the compassion you show each month. If you want to make any changes to your monthly gift, please contact our development director. She promises to make that an easy and gratifying experience.
